MommaStrong.com – This website is for PHYSICAL support during pregnancy as well as during The Sitting Month. Courtney Wycoff is down to earth and teaches women how to stay physically strong in all the right places. As women we have been taught a lot of garbage about our bodies and how they need to look. Courtney’s approach to physical therapy and strength during and after pregnancy has helped thousands of women and relieved a lot of pain. Go Courtney!

LiveYourTruth.com– This website by Carol Tuttle will help you process any trauma from pregnancy and giving birth. As you rest during The Sitting Month you may have emotional issues come up. This website is the perfect way to clear out the old and bring in the new energy you crave with your new baby. Lumiceuticals.com  – If you are the type of person that needs help resting these lights are an amazing way to capitalize on rest and encourage your body to relax. There are a combination of red, blue, green, and yellow light therapy pads that put healing light into the body. This allows you to have light therapy in the comfort of your home.

You can also rent the lights for 2 weeks under the In Home Sessions/Trial tab under Products. Try them out before purchasing and see if you enjoy them. The first time I tried them I felt like I had a full night’s rest in the short 20 minute nap I took! Game changer for those long sleepless nights with the new baby.

Superpatch.com – Super Patch is an ingredient free patch with a code embedded in the patch that your brain reads. There are 12 different patches, 3 that I find beneficial for new moms are liberty, joy, and peace. When a new mom’s body is adjusting back into structural alignment after having a baby, the liberty patch sends a message to the brain that all systems, including the skeletal system, are aligned. The joy patch sends a message to the brain to feel joy, this is great for postpartum depression. The peace patch sends a message to the brain that it is calm. This helps with postpartum anxiety. There are times when along with rest and good nutrition the brain needs extra support. The superpatch is a great solution.
